How do I know a part fits my vehicle?
Match the OEM part number printed on the label of your old part with the number in our listing title. Every title also lists the year range, make, model and position. Not sure? Call 586-578-9431 or text 586-257-6214 with the year, make, model and the number on the label, and we will confirm the fit before you pay.
Are your parts genuine OEM?
Yes. Every part we sell is a genuine factory part made by the original manufacturer, never a replica or a knockoff. Most parts are used and removed from real vehicles; the few listings we sell new say so in the description.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed on a weekday before our 2:00 PM Eastern cutoff ship the same day. Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 business days, and weekends and holidays are not counted in transit times. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship within the United States by ground service, and shipping is free to the 48 continental states. Airbags cannot travel by air, so airbag orders cannot go to PO Boxes, APO/FPO or other air-restricted addresses. For any other part going to a PO Box, email info@powerpluspart.com before you order.
Can I return a part?
Used parts are final sale, except where the law says otherwise, so please confirm the fit before you order. New, unused and uninstalled parts in their original packaging can be returned within 5 days of delivery with our approval first: email info@powerpluspart.com with your order number. Approved returns may carry a restocking fee of up to 20%.
What if my part arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?
Tell us within 24 business hours of delivery. Email info@powerpluspart.com with your full name, address, order number and tracking number, and we will reply within 24 hours.
Do you install the parts?
We sell parts only. Airbags, seatbelts and steering wheels are safety parts, so we strongly recommend professional installation.
